Prerequisites#

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

An AlgoMuse account (free or paid plan)
Access to at least one social media account you want to manage
Admin or posting permissions for your social media accounts

Pro Tip

If you do not have an AlgoMuse account yet, you can sign up for free with a 14-day free trial of Creator or Pro, no credit card needed.

Step-by-Step Setup#

Create Your Account

Visit algomuse.io/signup and create your account using your email address or sign in with Google.

After signing up, you will receive a verification email. Click the link to verify your account and access your dashboard.

Connect Your First Social Account

From your dashboard, navigate to Settings → Connected Accounts and click the "Add Account" button.

Select the platform you want to connect:

Twitter/X - Connect your personal or business account
LinkedIn - Connect your profile or company page
Instagram - Connect via Facebook Business Suite
Facebook - Connect pages you manage
TikTok - Connect your creator or business account

Info

Each platform has different authentication requirements. AlgoMuse uses OAuth 2.0 for secure connections and never stores your social media passwords.

Set Up Your Brand Voice

Navigate to Settings → Brand Voice to configure how our AI generates content for you.

Define your brand voice by:

Selecting your industry and niche
Choosing your preferred tone (professional, casual, humorous, etc.)
Adding sample posts that represent your style
Specifying topics and keywords relevant to your brand

Create Your First AI-Powered Post

Click the "Create Post" button in your dashboard. You can start with:

AI Generate - Describe what you want to post about and let AI create it
From Template - Use pre-built templates for common post types
Manual - Write your own post from scratch

Try the AI Generate option by entering a prompt like:

Create an engaging post about the benefits of using AI for social media management. Include a call-to-action and relevant hashtags.

The AI will generate multiple variations for you to choose from. Select your favorite, make any edits, and you are ready to publish!

Schedule or Publish

After creating your post, you have several options:

Publish Now - Post immediately to selected platforms
Schedule - Choose a specific date and time
Add to Queue - Let AlgoMuse post at optimal times
Save as Draft - Save for later editing

Understanding Your Dashboard#

Your AlgoMuse dashboard is your command center for social media management. Here is what you will find:

Overview Panel

Quick stats on your recent performance, scheduled posts, and engagement metrics.

Content Calendar

Visual calendar showing all your scheduled and published posts across platforms.

AI Studio

Create AI-generated content, repurpose existing posts, and manage your content library.
