What switching involves
Connect Instagram first
It needs a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page — the same requirement every tool has, because it is Instagram's. Everything else follows quickly.
Rebuild one week visually
Lay out a single week in the calendar and let it publish. It is the fastest way to see whether the planning view matches how you actually work.
Move the link in bio last
It is the one piece with an external audience mid-switch; move it once the publishing is proven.
Before you switch
Can AlgoMuse schedule Instagram Stories?
No. Instagram's API does not accept a Story from a third-party tool, so a Story has to be posted in the app. Feed posts, carousels and video all publish automatically. We would rather say that here than have you find out after moving.
