Why teams look for a new tool
Built around how large teams publish
The problems that come up when many people, brands and regions share social accounts, and how AlgoMuse handles each one.
Security review comes before any rollout
Two-factor authentication, encrypted platform tokens, workspace-scoped queries and a Data Processing Agreement. SAML single sign-on and a SOC 2 report are not available.
Posts need legal, compliance and brand sign-off
Multi-step approval workflows with reviewer, approver and observer roles, so nothing publishes until the right people have signed off.
Brands and regions work in silos
A separate workspace for each brand, region or client, with roles assigned per workspace and a shared brand voice for AI drafts.
Leadership wants one view of performance
Platform comparison, top posts, exports and scheduled reports, plus a REST API for pulling the data into your own tools.

Security
What is in place today, and what is not yet
Security reviews go faster when the answers are plain. Here is what AlgoMuse does today, and what it does not.
Available today
- Social accounts connect through each network's official OAuth flow (Bluesky through a revocable app password)
- Platform access tokens are encrypted before they are stored
- Every query is scoped to your workspace
- Optional two-factor authentication for every member
- An audit log of workspace activity
- A Data Processing Agreement is available
Not available today
- SSO / SAML sign-in
- A SOC 2 report
Frequently asked questions
Does AlgoMuse support SSO and SAML?
No. AlgoMuse does not offer single sign-on through SAML today. Members sign in with email and password, can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and can see and sign out their active sessions.
How is tenant data isolated?
Every record belongs to a workspace and queries are scoped to it, the tokens for connected accounts are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and workspace activity is written to a tamper-evident audit log. A Data Processing Agreement is available.
Can we manage many brands and many regions?
Yes. Brands are separate workspaces with their own accounts, approvals and reporting, and roles are assigned per workspace, so a regional team touches only what it owns.
Is there an API?
Yes — on the Business and Enterprise plans, a REST API for creating, scheduling and publishing posts and reading analytics, documented in the API reference, so AlgoMuse can sit behind an internal tool rather than beside it.
