Both products ship continuously, so any table we wrote would be a page of confident errors within a quarter — still sitting on our site, with our name on it. What AlgoMuse does
Reporting built for someone else to read
Custom reports across accounts, campaigns and date ranges, exported or scheduled to send. Competitor benchmarks sit next to your own numbers, and revenue attribution ties orders back to the content that preceded them where a store is connected.
An inbox a team can work
Comments, DMs, mentions and replies in one stream, scored for sentiment and intent, assignable to a team member, with the contact's history attached to the thread.
Governance that is written down
Admin, Manager, Creator and Viewer roles scoped per workspace, approval stages before anything publishes, and an audit log of who changed and approved what.
Tenant isolation and encryption
Every workspace is isolated at the database row level, platform credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest, two-factor authentication is available on every plan, and a Data Processing Agreement is available.
What is not there yet
Single sign-on through SAML is on the roadmap, not shipped, and SOC 2 Type II is in progress rather than complete. If either is a procurement blocker today, that is worth knowing before a trial rather than after one.
Questions worth asking any tool
Including this one. A buyer who works through these makes a better decision than one who reads our version of someone else's feature list.
- Does SSO exist today, or is it on a roadmap? Ask for the shipped answer.
- What compliance evidence can be produced now — DPA, subprocessor list, audit logs — and what is 'in progress'?
- How is tenant data isolated: row-level in the database, or by application code remembering to filter?
- Can reports be scheduled to send, or does someone rebuild them monthly?
- Is there an API for publishing and reporting, and is it documented?
- Who can publish to a million-follower account, and what stops the wrong person doing it?
- What does the audit log actually record, and for how long?
What switching involves
Start with the compliance answer
If SSO is mandatory today, stop here — it is on the roadmap and not shipped. Better to know in five minutes than after a pilot.
Pilot one brand
One workspace, real accounts, real approvals, one reporting cycle. Governance questions are answered by using it, not by a feature list.
Wire the API if it has to sit behind something
Publishing, reporting and workspace management are available through the documented API, so AlgoMuse can sit behind an internal tool rather than beside it.
Before you switch
Does AlgoMuse support SSO and SAML?
Not yet. Single sign-on through SAML identity providers is on the roadmap. Today members sign in with email and password or a social login, with two-factor authentication and session management on every plan.
How is our data isolated from other customers?
Every workspace is isolated at the database row level, platform credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest, and workspace activity is written to an audit log. A Data Processing Agreement is available for enterprise customers.
Why is there no comparison table on this page?
Because it would be wrong within a quarter, and a procurement decision made on our summary of someone else's product serves nobody. What is here is what AlgoMuse does, what it does not do yet, and the questions worth putting to every vendor on your list.
