Can I schedule posts to a Facebook Page?
Yes — any Page you administer. Personal profiles are not schedulable by any third-party tool; Facebook's API does not offer it.
Do I need a separate connection for Instagram?
No. An Instagram Business account is authorised through the Facebook Page it is linked to, so connecting the Page is most of the work for both.
Can I schedule video to Facebook?
Yes, up to 240 minutes and 10 GB. Longer uploads are processed by Facebook after the post is created, exactly as they are in the native composer.
