Instagram scheduling questions
Can AlgoMuse post to Instagram automatically?
Yes. Scheduled posts, carousels and video publish on their own through Instagram's official API — no phone notification to tap, and no browser automation.
Can I schedule Instagram Stories?
No. Instagram's API does not accept a Story from a third-party tool, so a Story has to be posted in the app. Feed posts, carousels and video all publish automatically; anything that claims otherwise is either using an unofficial route or sending you a reminder to post it yourself.
Why does Instagram need a Business or Creator account?
Instagram only exposes publishing and insights for professional accounts, and only through a linked Facebook Page. Switching is free and takes a minute in Instagram's settings; personal accounts cannot be scheduled by any tool.
Can I put the hashtags in the first comment?
Yes. Write the caption and the first comment separately and AlgoMuse posts the comment once the post is live — straight away, or after a delay you set. The caption stays readable and the hashtags still count.
